The Coalition for Economic Survival (CES) is a 48-year-old multi-racial, multi-cultural community-based organization assisting, organizing and empowering low and moderate income renters throughout the Los Angeles area. CES will talk about services they can provide for tenants, what rights renters have and how to ensure those rights are enforced.
