MANDANA DAYANI is a business leader and expert in building and rapidly scaling industry-leading global brands across entertainment, media, fashion, and tech. Most recently, she served as the President of Archewell, founded by Prince Harry and Meghan, during which they released the #1 documentary on Netflix, the #1 podcast on Spotify, and the #1 autobiography published by Penguin Random House. In 2025, President Biden appointed Dayani to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council Board of Trustees. She appears regularly on Morning Joe on MSNBC and speaks before global audiences on how to scale brands and movements. Dayani has worked as a surrogate on three presidential campaigns and serves as a strategic advisor to the world’s leading political and philanthropic leaders. Her brand campaigns have generated billions of impressions through innovative digital-first strategies, influencers, content production, and partnerships with major brands.
Dayani is also the founder of culture-shaping philanthropic companies, including top civic engagement organization, I Am A Voter, The Calanet Foundation, One Mitzvah a Day, and Our Campus United. As a leading voice on democracy, antisemitism, and women’s rights, Dayani’s video after October 7 about her childhood living under a terrorist regime has had more than 50 million views, and her powerful speech before the United Nations has had more than 18 million views globally. She credits her experience fleeing Iran and coming to the United States as a religious refugee as the defining motivation behind her activism.
Dayani began her career as a corporate attorney and talent agent before transitioning to leading global consumer brands. At Rachel Zoe, Inc., she launched the company’s consumer products, investments, and digital media ventures and produced its TV show on Bravo. After six years, she left to join tech company, EBTH, where she helped raise $84 million in venture capital and executive-produced its show for HGTV.
Dayani lives in Los Angeles with her husband, their two daughters, Anderson and Miller, and their giant goldendoodle,
(Jack) Bauer.

Peter Traugott
Susie Forer-Dehrey Spirit of Humanity Award
PPeter Traugott is an entertainment executive, producer, and business leader with over 30 years of experience. Over his career, he has executive produced and overseen the development of more than 50 television series, totaling over 1,000 episodes across diverse genres—including drama, comedy, and unscripted content—on the world’s leading platforms and networks.
Peter recently joined Fifth Season as the President of Television. The studio produces award-winning series including Severance, His & Hers, Chief of War, and Nine Perfect Strangers. Prior to joining Fifth Season, Peter was the President of Keshet Studios, a role he assumed in 2015 to spearhead the company’s efforts in adapting international series for broader global audiences. Keshet has developed and produced scripted (drama and comedy) and non-scripted series for the U.S. and international markets, including notable adaptations such as Homeland. The studio has partnered with major platforms including HBO, Apple, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, Amazon, and Paramount+.
Prior to Keshet Studios, Peter founded TBD Entertainment in partnership with NBCUniversal, which he subsequently merged with Keshet. His prior executive roles include more than a decade as President of Brillstein Grey Television, a studio renowned for producing iconic series such as The Sopranos, The Larry Sanders Show, Late World with Zach Galifianakis, Just Shoot Me, NewsRadio, and According to Jim. Before that, he held a network executive position at Fox Broadcasting, contributing to the development of series like The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Married… with Children, and Party of Five.
Peter started his career in finance, including roles as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers and in the buyout sector at The Spectrum Group. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Randy Magnin
Anita and Stanley Hirsh Award
RANDY MAGNIN has served on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles for more than 20 years and is the Immediate Past Chairperson of the organization. Over the course of his tenure, he has held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the Finance Committee, and has been deeply involved in helping guide JFSLA through periods of growth, transition, and increasing demand for services. As Chair, Mr. Magnin worked closely with lay leadership and professional staff to strengthen governance, enhance financial stewardship, and position the organization for long-term sustainability, particularly as growing numbers of individuals and families in the community turned to JFSLA for support.
A Certified Public Accountant with more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Magnin is the senior partner at Livingston, Omens & Magnin, CPAs. His practice spans a broad range of advisory, tax, and accounting services, with a focus on delivering practical, thoughtful guidance to closely held businesses, families, and individuals. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in accounting, and began his career at Ernst & Young. He later served as interim Chief Financial Officer for several venture-capital-backed startup companies, bringing financial discipline and strategic insight during critical stages of growth.
Mr. Magnin’s commitment to community service reflects a longstanding family tradition. He comes from a line of individuals who believed deeply in giving back, and he often reflects on a quote his paternal grandfather kept on his office wall: “Success is a byproduct of service to your community.” That principle has helped guide both his professional work and his civic involvement.
In addition to his service at JFSLA, Mr. Magnin has served on the board of the Starlight Foundation and as President of the Rotary Club of Beverly Hills. He remains deeply committed to JFSLA’s mission of caring for the most vulnerable members of the community with dignity, compassion, and respect.
