In 2025, President Biden appointed Dayani to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council Board of Trustees. Over his career, he has executive produced and overseen the development of more than 50 television series, totaling over 1,000 episodes across diverse genres—including drama, comedy, and unscripted content—on the world’s leading platforms and networks.

Anita and Stanley Hirsh Award
RANDY MAGNIN has served on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles for more than 20 years and is the Immediate Past Chairperson of the organization. Over the course of his tenure, he has held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the Finance Committee, and has been deeply involved in helping guide JFSLA through periods of growth, transition, and increasing demand for services. As Chair, Mr. Magnin worked closely with lay leadership and professional staff to strengthen governance, enhance financial stewardship, and position the organization for long-term sustainability, particularly as growing numbers of individuals and families in the community turned to JFSLA for support.
