Gifts of appreciated securities are tax deductible.

The only cost to the donor is the after-tax income realized had the cash come from the company as dividends or salary, minus the tax savings from the deduction. This can net out at about one-fourth of the value of the gift to us.

You can deed real property to Jewish Family Service LA, in whole or in part, to benefit our agency. You can also deed a home to Jewish Family Service LA –receive a sizable, personal tax deduction, yet still occupy your home for life.
