No, there is no income requirement to qualify for our services. Some programs and resources do have specific income or other eligibility criteria, and we can support you as you navigate these resources.

Yes. Even if you don’t qualify for FEMA assistance, a Disaster Case Manager can still connect you to other local, state, or nonprofit resources that may help with your recovery. We’re here to support your needs, whether or not you’re eligible for FEMA.

Yes, while we want to support you in your recovery, we are not able to assist with personal errands or cosign documents or applications.

JFSLA does not guarantee housing. However, your Disaster Case Manager can help you explore available housing resources and connect you with programs or organizations that may be able to assist, based on your specific needs.
