Building the Next Generation of Changemakers

Are you ready to make a real impact on Los Angeles while growing as a leader, volunteer, advocate, and connector?
The JFSLA Community Impact Network is more than a leadership program. It’s a hands-on, values-driven journey designed to build a powerful network of emerging leaders committed to service and community action.
At Jewish Family Service LA, we believe in the power of tikkun olam—repairing the world through action, compassion, and service. Guided by our Jewish values, we’re committed to creating a more just and caring Los Angeles for all people, both within the Jewish community and across the broader LA landscape.
Over 10 months, you’ll gain leadership skills, connect with peers who care about making a difference, and take action on issues affecting our city—while deepening your understanding of JFSLA’s mission to help vulnerable Angelenos.
