Field Capable Clinical Service: Older Adult Mental Health Services (FCCS)/DMH

FCCS

The JFS FCCS program provides in-home and community based mental health services including psychotherapy, medication prescription/monitoring and case management for adults age 55 and above.  The FCCS treatment team is comprised of psychotherapists, psychiatrists, senior companions and a registered nurse.  Clients must meet the low income requirements determined by the Department of Mental Health.  Individuals with MediCal, Medicare/MediCal and low income with no insurance are eligible.  Individuals with a Medicare HMO are not eligible.  Services are nonsectarian and available in English, Russian, Farsi, Hebrew, and Spanish.

Social services for Nazi victims have been supported by a grant from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
JFSLA receives funds from the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Holocaust Survivor Emergency Assistance Fund, administered by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany for the benefit of needy Jewish Nazi victims.
Funds have been provided by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany for the Emergency Assistance Program for Nazi Victims at the discretion of the United States District Court supervising the lawsuit In Re: Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation (Swiss Banks).
