Throughout the year JFS relies on support from volunteers to host special events, including fundraisers, holiday celebrations and special projects.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Thanksgiving Special Meal Delivery
- Spending Thanksgiving Day delivering holiday meals to the homebound

Community Passover Seders
- Serving a Passover meal to disabled and/or socially isolated seniors at one of three community Seders

Adopt-a-Family
- Providing holiday gifts for a needy family

Tools for Schools
- Assisting with coordination and assembly of school supplies and back packs for low-income children, prior to the start of the school year

JFS Annual Gala
- Serving on the committee that plans and implements our largest annual fundraiser
- Volunteering at the annual agency Gala
