Make A Difference In Someone’s Life As You Put Your People Skills To Work!
JFS is looking for caring, dedicated volunteers to work alongside our professional staff in programs that assist children, families and older adults.
We offer training, including an annual paraprofessional series which includes:
- Becoming familiar with the entire range of services at JFS
- Developing basic social work skills to assist people from multiple cultures
- Learning how to put your skills to work in our community
A limited number of applicants are accepted. Russian, Farsi and Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
