New Moms Connect

Are you or is someone you love a new mom who just cries and cries...you are not alone. The New Moms Connect program is designed to help new mothers and their families who are experiencing stressors and symptoms associated with Postpartum Depression by providing education, prevention, intervention and support services.  New Moms Connect helps new mothers  experiencing Postpartum Depression to overcome feelings of isolation, depression and stress while increasing access to community resources and strengthening their support network.  Support and resources are available to family members assisting them in their role of caring for a new mom who is struggling. This program has been made available in part by a grant by the Max Factor Family Foundation and The Jay and Rose Phillips Foundation.

50%-80% of new mothers experience the “baby blues”. FOr mORE INFORMATION ABOUT "BABY BLUES" AND ppd CLICK HERE.
